What are Chakras?

Chakras are the 7 main energy vortexes found within the human body - These affect and reflect the state of our own emotional and physical well-being. Their history is rooted in Ancient India - as they are published and described in The Vedas, the oldest ancient Hindu texts.

You can envision them as spinning energy wheels, beginning from the base of the spine, to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with a specific color that represents its own individual properties.
